Chef Lou Schwartz has been cooking for well over 30 years. His first job was working at his father's Italian restaurant at the age of 12 where he prepared and assisted in making various Italian cuisines from scratch. Later, he began working all stations at Burger King and then Pizza Hut. Although his professional cooking career was short lived at 6 years, Chef Lou pursued a career in the military where he learned how to cook for platoons and battalions, feeding 500-1000 Marines. He later became a law enforcement officer and retired in 2018.
